Waiting for Passport Application Approval for 2 months.

Hi,

I applied for my first adult British passport after naturalisation on 27th January 2021. I received first notification of documents received at HMPO Liverpool on 2nd February 2021 and then the second notification of documents received on 12th February 2021. I have been waiting for my passport for more than 9 weeks now which normally takes 3-6 weeks. What option do I have now? I have submitted complaint form last week and got standard reply.
