Arrived UK: Feb. 2012 with "Tier4 - Students visa"
By Jan. 2014, i switched to "EEA2 - Spousal visa" as a partner of an EU citizen.
- Lost contact temporarily with partner in 2016 due to marriage issues
- I have a few paper works showing our co-existence, but missing a lot
By Aug. 2018, i switched to "Tier2 - Work Visa"
- Currently holding this visa till date
Divorced with partner in AUG. 2019
----------
By counting i am due to apply for ILR on the 10yrs route by Feb 2022.
I am simply not sure what to expect, and wanted to do a little research before contacting any lawyer.
1. Should i even try to apply on the 10routes path ? Will my case be considered ?
2. I do not have alot of paper works of my partner between 2016 to mid 2017, how much effect will this have on my application ?
3. Any ideas of tips of what i could start doing now before hand ?
4. Any positive or negative effect of "brexit" in my case ?
Im sure this is not the most complicated situation out there

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated
