Atlas team contact email?

Hi all, Just received a correspondence from home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk requiring my response to them. There were no other contact emails or phone numbers, just a suggestion to reply to them within 14 days if I want to reconsider my application.

I do want to reconsider, but this email doesn't work. There is a technical response with: Your message wasn't delivered to home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk because the domain notifications.service.gov.uk couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

I called the support line and they advised to email to Admin.Review.Enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk, but the auto-reply from them suggested that: "This inbox only deals with In country Administrative Reviews
All other emails will not receive a reply." I don't know whether I will get a reply as well.

Does anyone know how to contact them?

That email address seems to be a no-reply email address, meaning you cannot reply to it because their servers are configured for ONLY outbound mail. It is only used to send out email notifications to applicants. What is your immigration situation ???!

I submitted SET (M) form instead of SET (O) form (I know that's a common mistake), so they wrote to me with the suggestion to apply with a different route.

"If after you have reviewed the application you would like to submit a fresh application under a different route, please advise us of the decision within 14 days of the date of this email. We will hold the application submitted on 04 April 2021 until you have notified us that new application has been submitted before processing a refund fee minus an administration fee of £25."

So, I'm trying to advise them on my decision, but I don't know how to contact them

They are not asking you to contact them. They are telling you ('advise us') to apply for a new SET(O) application as a variation of the previous incorrect application. Go on and apply for SET(O)

They also wrote that: "If you chose to continue with the ILR SET(M) application or you do not reply within 14 days of the date of this letter, your application will then be considered using the criteria laid down in Appendix FM."

So I assume they're waiting for my response, and if they don't get it they just reject my application.

There is no response to give. There will be no rejection. Your new SET(O) application will be a variation of the previous one. You simply get a refund for SET(M) and SET(O) will go ahead
