ILR application for dependents on 4th May 2021

Hi All,

I am a British citizen and I have my wife's and my 2 children ILR appointment via PBS route at Birmingham office on 4th May 2021. Can someone kindly check if my below checklist is fine

March 2019 – Council Tax (Joint Names)
May 2019 -Driving License (applicant name only)
May 2019 – Water Bill (Joint Names)
Dec 2019 – TV License (applicant Name)
Mar 2020 – Mortgage document (Joint Names)
March 2020 – Council Tax (Joint Names)
July 2020 – Mortgage Letter (Joint Names)
Nov 2020 – Water Bill (Joint Names)
March 2021 – Council Tax(Joint Names)
Apr 2021 – TV License (applicant Name)

-Finances
6 months Bank Statements from 15 Nov 2020 till 15 April 2021 (Electronic from Bank website- Is this ok?)
P60 for 2019 and 2020
Payslips from Nov 2020 till Apr 2021(Electronic from company website- Is this ok?)

Employment letter for my wife confirming her employment and salary

Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate

Proof of Identity
All current and expired passport copy including all pages scanned copy
Current BRP card


For my children, I am just uploading the following

Questions

1. Photos - Is 2 photos required per applicant and 1 photo of the sponsor

2. Is electronic bank statement and payslips alright or should I get some certification from bank and employer respectively. If yes, does the bank provide the same and does anyone know the process?

There is no income or maintenance requirement for ILR. All the documents you listed above in the finance section are irrelevant and not needed. Your wife’s employment is irrelevant.

Stick to the checklist generated at the end of the application and follow the list of documents listed there. Do not add extra documents.

The checklist does not mention cohabitation documents somehow. Add those as you listed above.

If you are relying on B1 SELT, Indian Degree and transcript is irrelevant also.

1) No photos are needed. Digital photo (for the applicant) is taken at the UKVCAS appointment.
2) All online evidence is accepted.
