EU Citizen with Irish Passport

Hi all,

I am looking to move to the UK next year. I am a EU citizen who holds an Irish passport, I know Irish citizens are covered by the CTA which in effect means they are not affected by Brexit and can move to and work freely in the UK.
Would the CTA cover EU citizens with an Irish passport as well (i.e. people who were not born in Ireland and obtained their Irish citizenship through naturalisation)? I can't find any clear guidelines on this.

The EU Withdrawal legislation passed by the UK Parliament made blanket provision for Irish citizens, regardless of how the Irish citizenship was acquired.
