Dear Experts,
Father, CUKC by registration in a colony (Singapore) moves to the UK when the colony gained independence and then after 5 years of residence in the UK, registers again in U.K (in 1969, prior to 1971 act). He is a CUKC with right of abode and holds no other citizenship. Returns to Singapore though after few years, dies prior to 1981 BNA act.
Daughter also is a CUKC by birth in a colony (in Singapore while it was still a colony), but stays in Singapore as a Singapore citizen.
In such a case, would the daughter have claim to British Citizenship? The father had registered in the colony prior to her birth initially, and then again in the U.K.
