Clarification on disclosing convictions

Post by doubletrouble » Thu Oct 09, 2008 8:27 am

I have got HSMP extension approval despite disclosing the fact that I had convictions of Driving without Insurance and Driving in accordance to licence through Court in UK.

I had not disclosed this offence on initial application 2 years ago.

I had done a lot of research on this including this forum and decided to disclose against the all odds.

My honest opinion is disclose even if you think it is minor. You have nothing to loose.

Note my CRB has always been clear as I had contacted Police about this who had said my offence is non recordable and will not appear on database.

My rehabilitation ends in 2011 March as "spent", am I right in saying I need not disclose after this?
