Additional nationalities

I would be grateful if someone could advise how I should answer questions C2 – C4 of the Tier 1 (Dependent) application, which deal with additional nationalities. By way of background:

* my dependent was born in Cambodia, but has lived in New Zealand for most of her life
* she is a New Zealand citizen and has a New Zealand passport
* she does not have a Cambodian passport
*the Cambodian Visa in her passport lists her status as “permanentâ€

I think it comes down to this. It is a question of knowing the facts .... and the question is ..... has she retained her Cambodian citizenship, or not? The answer to that question will give you the answer to your query.

We've often wondered what we should put for nationalities, mine was a citizen of the USSR, then Russian Federation as it is now, not sure about the CIS in-between!
