It was not tbh. No one never expect or ask me for residency card here.WRS was the way to show I working here legally and I’m registered with HO with all my legal rights ( It was the time when you have a lot of Eastern European’s coming to UK and huge part still working illegally here even if they can work completely legal in UK. One of the paradox of life ).
I can be wrong, if I am someone can correct me please :)

I would include it with the details available. If anything you can show all went by the book.

I coming to the end of my application now. I check everything few times, i pay for application and today when i start updated documents i was stuck again in the middle. I have 9 supporting documents:

Passport scan
Employment letter
HMRC employment history
Polish ID card scan
ILR certificate
P60 for 5 years
Referee 1
Referee 2
Language certificate from Trinity College

Im confused with the main part about: Evidence that you have been in the UK lawfully for your 3 or 5 year qualifying residence period !
What i should use for this part ?? P60 or my Employment history from HMRC ??
That clearly show i was here lawfully paying all taxes etc.

That will be your P60s for the five years- they show you exercised treaty rights.
Note national ID card is not required.

Not sure what you are asking but it is your passport.

When you have document check list they stated this in that way:
Evidence
You should use your supporting documents checklist as a guide to what documents you need to self-upload or take to your appointment.
.fes
1. The passport issued by Poland for Mr Xxxxx
2. If you spent some of that time in the UK as a student or as a self-sufficient person, and had comprehensive sickness insurance (CSI), a copy of your sickness insurance policy
3. Evidence that you have been in the UK lawfully for your 3 or 5 year qualifying residence period. This should be evidence that you were here as a worker, student, self-employed, self-sufficient, retired or incapacitated person
4. Mr Xxxx certificate proving you have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher
5. Mr Xxxxx proof of Nationality
6. Proof of living in the UK for Mr Xxxxx for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
7. Two referee declarations for Mr Xxxxx

OK, if necessary upload your passport copy twice, though doesn't make sense, they will have your passport ....

The documents checklist is generated as per the answers you tick in the online form. The documents checklist is pre-set by default as per the choices you select in the form. Sometimes one document is sufficient to meet multiple requirements. Uploading the document once is sufficient.

Im curious here about changing of employer. Did I need to inform HO after my application is send and biometrics are sorted ? It’s possible I can change company in the next few months and I want to do everything straight with letter of the law.

As far as I know there is no requirement to advise change of employers post application date.
