Main Applicant Situation in the UK:

- Entered into the UK on Tier 2 ICT dependent Visa ( Sep 2015 to May 2016)
- Switched to Tier 2 General ( 02-June-2016 to 26-June-2019)
- Entered into the UK on Tier 2 General on 11-June-2016( Stamp Date on Passport) but BRP Issue date is 02-June-2016 valid until 26-June-2019
- Change of employer in 2018
- Applied for Extension of Tier 2 General ( 24-July 2018 to 15-Aug 2021)


Dependent Applicant Situation in the UK:

- Entered into the UK on Tier 2 ICT ( Sep 2015 to May 2016)
- Switched to Tier 2 General Dependent ( 22-June-2016 to 26-June-2019)
- Applied for Extension of Tier 2 General Dependent ( 08-Feb-2019 to 15-Aug-2021)


Child Dependent Applicant Situation in the UK:

- Born in the UK ( Apr -2020)
- BRP Issue date (02-Mar-2021)
- BRP end date (15-Aug-2021)


We are planning to submit an ILR application for all of us by end of this month.
Can you please help me with the below ILR questionaries?

Q1: Can you please suggest the start date when we can submit the online ILR application including my dependents all together?

- Is it the first entry date(Main: 11-June-2016 & Dependent: 22-June-2016) or the First BRP issue date (Main:02-June-2016, Dependent:22-June-2016) that we need to consider when calculating the less than 28 days rule?
I believe the first BRP date i.e. 22-June-2016 so our earliest ILR application date is on 24/05/2021. Am I right?

Q2: When did you first enter the UK?

For the main applicant:

- Is it the first stamp date in Passport on Tier 2 Visa ( First 3 yrs)?
- Is it the Issue date of the BRP card on a Tier 2 Visa (First 3 yrs)?
- Is it the first stamp date in the Passport /BRP Issue date of the previous Visa ( Tier 2 ICT dependent)?

For Dependent:

- Is it the Issue date of the BRP card on a Tier 2 Visa (First 3 yrs)? (As my dependent switched to Tier 2 General dependent visa in the UK - No stamping on passport)

For Child Dependent:

- Is it a birth date or a BRP Issue date?


The below Q3 & Q4 questions were asked only for dependent but not for the main applicant.

Q3: Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

     - Based on the above scenario should we selected Yes or NO?

Q4: Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

- Should my dependent need to mention absences from the UK since 11-Jan-2018?
- Should I select this option as Yes?

Q5: Cohabiation Documents

- Is it valid to submit online Bank statements ( individual bank statements for the last 2 years as it has the current house address)
- Council tax documents ( for last 2 years)
- Are there any other documents we need to provide?

Q6: Is my child eligible for ILR ( as he is not on a dependent visa for 5 years)?

Q7: Do we need to prove sufficient funds in bank accounts for maintenance as we submitted for previous Tier 2 and extension?

Q8: Is there any deadline for ILR application? I assume we need to submit the ILR application within that last 28 days window? Is this correct?

Q9: Do I need to provide the last 3 months or 6 months' payslips? I don't find any number mentioned in the Documents section of the Application form? It says the most recent payslip only.

Q10: Do I need to Attestation/Notary any documents for ILR? Please list the docs if any.

Q11: I was on Maternity leave from Apr 2020 to Nov 2020. Should I still need to provide any other documentation other than an employer letter stating about maternity leave dates?
