Citizenship application based on refugee status

I applied in July 2017 ۔۔

But I have one question I don't have travel documents because documents was expired and I applied for renewal and INIS Confirmed they approved my application and will posted docoment when they received from Printing۔

How do I I get signed declaration ؟
any other ID acceptable please any suggestions

I am not sure but the best thing is to check with your solicitor/attorney/lawyer/commissioner of oath where you getting declaration signed,they will be able to tell you what kind of photo ID will be acceptable. Usually the passport is the only one but try to take Driving licence, IRP card, PPS card or something similar together.

Only passport / travel documents / EU Citizens Card
are acceptable it's written on Affidavit ۔ so don't know what to do ۔۔۔

Unfortunately, You must prove your identity, and that means producing your original passport. travel documents, EU Citizens Card. A lesser proof will only be accepted for compelling reasons which must be satisfactory to the solicitor.

but If any other identifying detail is given in the document to be notarised (such as Driving licence, PPS card ,tax number), then whatever document proves that other detail must also be produced.

Check with your solicitor were you getting an Affidavit signed. If you failed, You should email to citizenship team to see their opinion.

I am afraid you'll have to wait until resume In-person ceremonies.

Well my travel documents application is already approved once level 5 restrictions lifted ،
I hope I will received my dcomments after 5th of may any time۔
On Affidavit mentioned that Passport ، Travel Docoment ، EU۔National Identify Card there is no option for below documents which I mentioned

I will asked Solister as well if they accepted any other identify ( Like Driving License ، IRP، PPS Card etc )

I also email to Citizenship Department will see what out come ۔

because I have time till 30th of June for submitting this afidavit۔

Just want to share I just received Approval letter yesterday ۔ They asked me submitted Photo and Affidavit۔
Some people saying email response is nothing
So just want to say it's matter

Good morning,

I am directed by the Minister of Justice
I am to confirm that your Travel Document application has
been successful. Your application has been processed and sent for printing.
Please note that Travel Document booklets are not printed by this
department and this element of the process is not under the control of the
Travel Document Section. As a result, the Travel Document Section cannot
provide a timeframe for the issuing of booklets at this time. Once your
Travel Document booklet has been printed and returned to this office then
it will be issued to you without undue delay.

Update I received my e vetting invitation form on last Wednesday from dept justice i filled it and posted same day to the dept justice on Friday I received e vetting request form online which I was filled and sent after an hour I receive a tracking number I think they trying to clear the application pending for long time

@Riz65 ---> after filling evetting letter and send to the department people are getting email link from garda for vetting to be processed, just wondering if you have received the link or just letter?

Also I didn't see any approval since 2017 regarding refugee status holder, any suggestions we ask to write a letter collectively from MP?

zoie-i filled and sent my e vetting form to NVB at 10:17am and 10:45 they sent Me tracking number

That's great bro .. hope for the best mine one is recieved by them on 2 June and still in process . I can track it online they are a bit slow then earlier but good to track progress

Yes indeed in my case whenever I contact with the dept I got same copy paste reply
