Hello all,
Thank you all for the support provided.
Please help me with this. EEA family permit application was made in November 2019, which was refused.
An appeal was lodged in December 2019, which was recently allowed in May 2021.
Home Office has not challenged the decision. Will the applicant be able to apply for Pre settlemenr when the permit is provide for her to enter the country, which is likely to be after 30th of June?

A family permit is there to facilitate entry to the UK - holder is expected to apply for status after arrival.
The 30 June 2021 deadline is for EU citizens/family members already in the UK to apply for settled status.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Hi
I wanted to ask what happens next after you have received the decision from court. Do the home office call you to submit your passport again since it was returned to you when your application was refused? Are there any time frames? Just asking to know the process and timeframes after successful appeal.

That is insane, once the appeal is allowed; it clearly states that previous decision has been overturned. Why they took almost 2 months to put the vignette on the passport!!!!!

Has there been any response from home office yet? For you it's been 8 weeks since the decision letter. My appeal was granted on 17th May. Its been close to 7 weeks yet no response. I am going to contact them to escalate if they don't contact back by 8th week.

I found some useful information online about what happens after your appeal is successful.
"If your appeal is successful, the judge will send their determination to the relevant visa section who will then contact you. Determinations can take up to 4 weeks to reach the visa section and a further 8 weeks for the ruling to be processed. The visa section will then write to you based on the contact details you provided on the appeal form.
You must not contact the visa section until 12 weeks after the data you or your representative received the judge’s decision. This date will be included on the written determination."
Moderator edit : third party weblink removed.
So it can take up 2 months or max 3. If they still dont contact you then best to contact them.

Have you received any response related to your application?
I'm curious what sort of visa they would issue as EEA FP are not valid any more ?
Thanks

Any updates in regards to this?
Has anyone managed to get their entry clearance after appeal allowed for EEA family permit?
