Managed to get back in the queue at 15:13 again. Still in it, as their office will be closing at 4:30.

I am on an evidence gathering mission now. Want as much evidence as one could muster.

They will not answer me until 4:30,and will say they are closed. Appalling behaviour.

To stop this, they could simply put the application online, like in other cases.

i will be applying to eusettlement scheme for the third time, On 6 Jan 2020 I applied to EU Settlement Scheme , I had both Leave to Remain and Derivative resident Card ,DRC that expired on the 20 of Jan 2020 , I applied to the Scheme using my DRC, 1 completed 5 yrs on DRC they refused because I had Leave to Remain, I then applied again Aug 2020 hoping this time I will have right to appeal but because they were refusing people left ,right and centre i couldn't risk it decided to renew my Leave to Remain this was my third Renewal and was given fee waiver, .The Eusettlement waited until I was my LR was issued, 2 weeks later they refused my Eusettlement with just a couple of lines no appeal wat so ever, ths is their response

We are writing to tell you that you are only permitted to have one outstanding application for Leave under the UK's Immigration Rules at any one time.
Since submitting your application..... Under the EU.... as a person with Zambrano right to ride on 7 September you Submitted.... for Leave to Remain in the UK under Family/ Private Life of immigration Rules on 30 October 2020.
As you submitted more than one valid application under UK's Immigration Rules, we will only consider the most recent of these applications, made under the EU Settlement Scheme, will be treated as varied and will not be considered.
You do not need to take any further action
Our records show that your application....was granted on 18 March 2021
Bla bla bla they will return my supporting docs .

Unfortunately not. It went on till 4:30 and they cut it off. But that is fine. In my dealings with Home Office I always get the last laugh.

I have a blank form sent to my friend. I could send a google docs link to the form for everyone to download but I’m not sure if that’s allowed here.

It is kind of you, but it will not work. The paper application has reference number, if a person who is not issued it to uses it, they will not consider it as an invalid application.

People who are having difficulties getting forms, should complain to the EU settlement scheme service, whilst complaining, they must send their name, date of birth, nationality, postal address, email address.

This could be used as proof for future claim if they refuse to send the form to them.

I called eu settlement scheme number for a form. I was on hold for 1hour 30minute. She will send by email and will take 5 working days. Please when you dial the number press option 1. I made a mistake pressing option 3 at first and I had to start all over again.

@Obie, mie is blank as well and was given by a charity organisation and my lawyer said l should use it as well as they just emailed me from the blue regarding this matter and said l should re apply instead of waiting to get a decision on the AR l lodged in March

Another fraud from the HO Resolution Centre.

They are sending wrong forms to people. Instead of Zambrano(EUSS Dr), they send forms with BC, or the ones with Chen/Ibrahim and Teixrira on it.

The question in the form don't contain anything on or does Zambrano after filling pages 5-7, you get stuck.

Before, the forms were all binded as one and you fill where it is applicable to you.

So this is another pirate from HO to delay would be Zambrano.

I have 25 of the forms in front of me now which was to be for zambrano but no question in the form relates to TCN ZAMBRANO (British Child)

I have been on this whole EUSS since January 2019 as I applied previously as a spouse of Eu national but because my marriage has ended the application was refused. So I applied to Zambrano as I have a British son.

I am with Taylor house, l think they are getting annoyed with me now by me calling once or twice a month to find out if its been allocated a judge for hearing yet. i am worried about putting in a new application without hearing from both the AR for EUSS and EEA Appeal, l think l am going to put in my application on the 28th June when l know for sure that they have not even looked at the AR or eea appeal

You've done it!. Yours has shown those of with EUSS court cases, that there is hope.

You see!. Was it not in March or so, you were crying due to the fact that a Solicitor told you that you won't succeed because you didn't make a DFR1 application?.

Meanwhile the whole process was DIY until last minute before you had to seek legal representation.

Thank God for this forum. HO ain't seen nothing yet!.

Good news from me as well. My EUSS Zambrano appeal was allowed today by the FTt Judge. I should get the written decision of the Judge in 10 working days.

I just hope the HO behaves themselves and give me my status, and not put it on hold until they get a decision from the court of appeal.

In fact i pray the court of appeal doesn't grant them the permission to appeal. Zambrano carers need a break

Hi gee ( wowwww, I am just realising your username has a swag, like, what's up gee), I am so happy for you. Has it sunk in yet?. OMG!!!!!

Please when you can, let me know how it was in court. Do we have to wear formal clothing to show we really mean business?. Is it scary?. God please help me.

I received an email from the HO yesterday and was just planning to go out today and sort out a couple of documents as per more evidence.

You know due to the change in weather these past few days, I put the radiator on last night. I later started perceiving something like burning feathers or roasting so I said " wowwww barbecue, these people are really enjoying"
This morning, I got ready to go out and couldn't find my wig. I later saw something that looked like a porcupine. Lo and behold it was my wig.
According to my son, he 'helped me wash it and put it on the radiator to dry'.

What kind of life is this?. I am so stressed and can't handle anymore drama.
I just can't wait for this HO rubbish to come to an end.

HO wants to delay my case until Akinsanya Appeal is over.
