Start Date on COS

HI,

My employer has added incorrect start date on the COS and submitted and paid IHS charge.

I am already living in the UK and my work permit is valid until Mid August and my employer has added the start date on new COS mid September (with 1 month gap) Does it matter? It is a same employer.

Can we amend COS for the paid? If COS is withdrawn, can the IHS can be refunded? Please help.

The work start date on the new CoS should be the day following the work end date in the previous CoS. If a mistake has been made it can be corrected by a sponsor note.

The IHS is not paid by your sponsor, it is paid by you when you apply for a new permission
