I think you need to understand this matter.
First stage
Normally solicitor sending a notice Department Citizenship delay matter etc give us response in 14 days or 21 day depend.
Second stage
Department given response thye will issue decision in certain time like above
Third stage
some time they don't give any responsed
and person need to through JR
You can't get straight way decision through JR
