my solicitor received my approval today. However, he didn’t receive the declaration form and he told me I should get that by post to my address.

My question here, is that normal! Why didn’t they send everything to the solicitor? Also how long does it take to get the declaration form posted to me.

No haven’t got anything posted to my address nor by email. Only my solicitor got the approval letter but I need the declaration form so that I can fill it and send it back to them. It’s very strange!

By the way, solicitor only can get an up to date information about application progress . Its common sense that your solicitor only received a correspondence from the department that must be saying that, '' please find herewith a copy of the approval letter which has been issued to your client or him/her''.your application has been approved and Declaration belongs to you. You will get an approval letter along with declaration form soon.

Normally you get the declaration form along with approval letter on the same day as your solicitor. Maybe tomorrow you get it.

I was trying to do what but whenever i press submit form it tells me “unauthorised” so I can submit it.

I have received this email I just asked them an update on my application
((Your application is currently at an advanced stage of processing. While it
is not possible to give an exact timeframe, this office will be in touch
with you as soon as a decision has been reached.

How long did it take from the date you sent the doc to the date of receiving the certificate?

Hi 6th of July I sent the doc and on 21st of July I received certificate date of print on cert 15th of july
