COS allocation

Hello,

I’m currently on a tier 2, my company just missed the annual allocation ,do we know how long it takes for an additional COS to be added on? What are the details we need to provide for an COS please will this just be to extend current tier 2 migrant worker? Any help would be appreciated.

The standard service for in-year undefined CoS allocations can take many weeks but there is a priority service -with 5 working days processing time, cost £200

The request for an allocation increase is made through the SMS, your sponsor should know what to do.

will this just be to extend current tier 2 migrant worker?

An undefined CoS is needed both for extensions and in-country new hires
