dependant visa

My wife is on work permit VISA and she wants to change it to dependant VISA. I have ILR. Can someone tell me which form she should fill?

There is no ILR dependent visa. She can apply for a spouse visa form FLR(M). How long has she been on WP?

Thanks for your reply. She is on wrok permit visa since Oct 2006

Right, ilr through work permit will require 3 more years, so it's better to move to spouse visa. She can get ILR in 2 years and can change jobs/stop working whenever she wants.
