ways to track UK application status

Is there a way to track UK visa application status and get clarity on estimated time required for visa processing on individual cases. There are some blogs online from few solicitors websites which talk about an online tool but I cant find what that online tool is.

Nops. If you applied from within UK, your can’t track the status of your application but if you applied from out of UK, there is paid phone line and paid email address where you can check if decision on your application has been made or not. They won’t give you anything in details but least they can share the current status of your application which will probably be “assigned to a case worker”.
