Child visa for Egyptian son

Hi, hello everyone, I got my British citizenship in 2018. I need to bring my son aged 16 to join me here in the UK. he s Egyptian and has been living with his mother in Egypt since the divorce in 2017. he was born outside the UK.
can anyone help pls, where to start and what documents needed

To sponsor your son, you would need documentary proof of sole responsibility. Do you have a court order/judgment giving you sole custody?

thank you for your reply, I asked his mother to issue a court order to transfer custody to me, any other documents needed besides marriage, divorce certificates and the childbirth certificate.
may I ask do I have a better chance with his application if I used an immigration solicitor or not.

With your being able to prove sole responsibility, the use of solicitor does not appear to better or have an impact on your planned child application.
