Login issue

After completing my application for Biometrics card, I was redirected to sopra steria website. After login using the email and paasword, it asked me for the UAN number to proceed but when I typed the UAN, it says The UAN entered is not valid. How can i login as the UAN is correct.

Use a different browser or device. Doublecheck you are typing the digits right.

I tried it in different browsers and devices and checked the numbers propery before entering but it always said the UAN you entered was not found.

That’s strange. You will need to contact Settlement Scheme Resolution Centre: 0300 123 7379 in that case.

I contacted UKVCAS regarding this issue, and it is resolved now.
