Hello, I am currently completing the Fiancé visa application form and would really appreciate if someone could assist me with my below queries.
1. Part of my partners given name has been cut off on his passport. So for example if his given names are ‘Andrew Thomas Steven’ this is displayed on his passport as ‘Andrew Thomas S’ how should I present his name on the application form? His birth certificate and ID card correctly list all three names.
2. My partner has visited the EEA in the past 10 years, he landed in Germany and then immediately drove to Austria for the duration of his trip. He then spent one night in Germany before flying home. Would I list this as one, two or three trips?
I’m probably overthinking but thanks in advance.

I own my own home so will be submitting the title deeds to my house. Is the downloaded copy okay or is it better to get a official certified copy? The only payment method for the certified copy is cheque I believe which is an inconvenience as I do not have a cheque book, can the bank print a cheque for me? TIA

I know there isn't a official rule on this but I'm just after some advice. Roughly how many pictures is acceptable to send as proof of relationship? I have over a thousand pictures with my Fiancé from over the course of our relationship however 99% of the pictures are of just him and I and just a couple are with friends (about 4 that I can find) also a lot of pictures are selfies. I'm not really sure how to compile this evidence, any advice would be appreciated. TIA

As you said no official rule so can take a representative sample of pictures over the course of the relationship.....you are showing pics for spouse(couple) visa so don't think selfies come into it at all

My fiancé has visited the UK several times in the past couple of years, he is fro a commonwealth country so does not need to apply for a visa before coming. I want to ensure that all the information I include in the form matches the home offices records exactly so I submitted a subject access request to hopefully see all the dates he has entered and left the country, however I have just received a response that they are unable to trace any records of him which I find strange. Is this common for individuals who have no previous visa applications or could I perhaps have filled the form wrong? I'm very confused by this. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance

You are submitting SAR to UKVI who already has a records about the applicant? This is completely irrelevant! Just declare all periods he has travelled to the UK.
