Chasing ILR Application

Hi All,
It is now 6 months since I have submitted my ILR application and have tried ringing the 0300 790 6268. I have rung almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and have been on hold for over 2 hours each time. Extremely frustrating.
I really do need to know how I can chase this please? I find it really unprofessional that the only email we get is the one to say the money have come out of my account and nothing after that, this has been since February 2021. My emploers need to know whats happening too. Any advice please?

You will not get any updates. You must wait to hear back. Complex applications can take more than 6 months
