Hello all,
I am a EEA national with settled status since November 2019. and I have just filled in the AN form (dated August 2021 then).
I arrived in the UK on August 2012 and was employed by the same company till December 2018 (so I guess I acquired PR status automatically? but never asked for a card). I set up a ltd company in May 2019 (which I am a director for) and started living from it paying myself dividends from April 2020 (not making enough money before).
My document checklist is the following and my questions :
*My passport : they are just asking for my current one ?
*Certificate for my English exam : ok
*My proof of nationality : will bring my national ID and should I also add my Settled status letter ? I found weird they are not asking for it where I see they asked other people.
*Proof of living in the UK for 5 years :
they are not asking for proof of "lawful residence" just "residence", is it because I had PR status acquired ?
I was planning on bringing the following for each year:
April 2016- April 2017 : P60
April 2017-December 2018 : P60 (and P45)
April 2018-April 2019 : my 2019 Tax return
April 2019-April 2020 : my 2020 Tax return (although I can not find this one any more so might rely on the other things), Council Tax and my company incorporation certificate (showing I am a director)/return ?
April 2020-April 2021 : my 2021 Tax return, Council Tax and my company certificate/return ?
April 2021-Ausgut 2021 : council tax, NHS letter ?
As self-employed I was told on a forum I could just bring the last Tax return (2021) AND the SA300/SA302? as I do not need to prove lawful residence for the years prior, just residence ?
*2 referee letters : I did these a month a half ago. is that an issue ?
THANK YOU ALL !
