Partner's previous names

Hi,

I'm in the process of fulfilling the naturalization form. One of the questions is about my partner's previous names. We got married 20 years ago and she was divorced at that time.
Do I understand correctly, that I need to put in the form my wife's maiden name and her name from previous marriage?

If you know the details disclose them in the form. If you have any details missing state "not known".
