this is a continuation of a post that posted earlier regarding a freind of mine who is applying for his cousin to bring him over on a visit visa. basically the situation is as follows. they applied for him once before on their address he was rejwected and they appealed but it was also rehected.
Now they have asked their sonto apply who is working full time. has just moved into his house with his wife but the house is rented on a tennancy agreement basis and he has savings of arounf 450 in his account..............
what are the odds of the visa getting accepted...................

If the refusal was for lack of funds I don't think what you have just posted would have much chance of changing the decision this time.

ali, the sponsor needs to show he has enough funds to support the applicant (the one who is applying for the visitor visa). If the son doesn't have enough savings or money left over at the end of each month, he can't be a sponsor.

Ali, by the sounds of things the person you are trying to bring in the UK, can add nothing to the economy of the country and has no special skills or even money.
I see no reason at all why he should be granted any form of visa, sorry friend!

well yeah i see what you mean and agree with you. but i think the rules where they asses you in terms of skills and qualifications have not come into effect. as this is only a visit visa they wont call him in for an interview will they.....

They almost certainly will if he has been refused previously.

He won't have to show qualifications or a language skill but the ECO will have to be satisfied that he intends to return after the visit.

Why, do you think that he will not leave on time?
