What was your previous visa or immigration history before your current leave?London2021 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 25, 2021 2:44 amHello expert
I am new user of immigration boards. I have 2 questions, appreciate for your answer and time.
I applied for FLR (M) last time but given FLR (FP) because of self employed income and £300 was less in income requirement. I submitted my English language certificate in my last FLR application.
Now I want to extend as FLR (M), my salary is around 30,000. Can I use same English certificate that I used last time? Certificate is over 2 years old but I used in my last FLR M application. The FLRM was not successful so does not meet criteria for reuse IMHO , get a new Enidh test done.
What answer should I choose from online app. Question?
Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.
· First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)
· Additional extension as a partner
· First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay)
· You delayed your travel to the UK by more than 3 months after the issue of a visa and have not yet completed the required amount of time on a partner visa (not including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)
You require more time to meet the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirements to apply for settlement
· You were granted entry as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, but have not yet married or entered into a civil partnership
· You are applying for any other reason

Being that FLRM was already applied for initially though unsuccessful, IMHO means it's no more First Application as a partner from within the UK, this is open to correction.London2021 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 25, 2021 10:20 amI was PBS tier 1 Dependant, my husband received ILR on 10 year route, I have FLR FP now which I’m finishing in Month.
I agree with AmazonianX. You already switched from PBS route PBS dependent to a partner route and was eventually granted under 10 years route so it will be an extension. The application form for FLR FP and FLR M is exactly the same except the FLR M application are two way approach in terms making decision. 1. If all immigration rules are met abs 2. If you don’t meet the rules for FLR M, application will be looked under exceptional circumstances.London2021 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 25, 2021 11:31 amThank you for your reply appreciate.
I just booked my B1 test, so I can reuse this in ILR.
Is it not this one as I was onFLR FP and PBS dependant:
First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay)
London2021 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 26, 2021 6:01 pmSo it may be count first extension as partner? I am still confused on this. Thanks for your reply, any one else expert here?
