URGENT HELP! for showing incomes of Part time Employer

Hello All,

I need help for showing incomes of my Part Time Job.

I can get 2 types of evidences for my part time Employer

1) Bank Statement shown fixed amount XXXXXX transferred into my bank account from June 2008 till now.

2) A Letter from Employer showing my salary transaction.

My Part time employer don’t have format of the Letter. Please someone provide me the Format of Letter so I can give it to my employer and can get the second evidence.

I want to apply for Tier 1 before the End of October so please reply me on urgent basis.

And these 2 would be more than enough as evidences?
