Child dependant Settlement

Hi all, I need advice on what to do.

I applied for child settlement visa for my daughter in Nigeria. I have ILR and her dad has LLR. Application was completed March 2020 and she couldn't
get to do her Biometric till August 19 2020 due to the start of the pandemic. I received an email after the 60 working days saying the application was not straightforward in November 2020. I have contacted UKVI via email four times and they say the application is awaiting decision. I did not receive any email or link to pay for IHS fees. I am really worried as it's been over a year now and presently I am unable to track the application on the TLS app as it says they could not find an application
with my daughter's data.

Get your MP involved to make enquiries from the HO on your behalf the status of the application.

Thanks for your response. At the time we put in the application we were living in the southwest area and now we've moved to the northeast. Will it be ok to contact my MP here despite the address on the application is that of our previous address in southwest.

Not sure how this plays out however start by approaching the MP from your present location and the response you get or not determines how you proceed on this quest.
