Proof of Right to Work

Hi,

I have applied for spouse visa extension including my child as a Family Route Application on 13 August 2021. My husband have ILR in UK. My visa expires in 06 September 2021 but Biometric Appointment is booked for 07 September 2021. Does it create any problems to my visa extension? Also, my employer is asking for Proof of Right to Work in UK. I cannot give them any sort of document as my application is with Home Office. I have no any confirmation email or letter from Home Office about the visa application. How can prove to my employer that I can still work? Please advise.

No, as you made an in time application, you will continue to have same rights as before till decision is made on your current application. Thanks for the answer. But what can I give to my employer as they are asking me to submit my Confirmation Letter from HO or Proof ofRight to Work which I don't have at all.

Believe they have your BRP details, if entered into below government checking service it will be found and they can print off for their records.
