British Citizenship for UK born

Hope someone here can help me with this please.

Scenario:

Child A born in the UK to parents on Tier 2 ICT visa in Year 2018. Father got ILR in 2021 and mother is on FLR visa. Could child A apply for British citizenship now?

Child B born outside of UK and has been on ICT dependent and now Family dependent visa. Father got ILR in 2021 and mother is on FLR visa. Could child B apply for British citizenship now?

Yes. Apply using Form MN1.

Child B born outside of UK and has been on ICT dependent and now Family dependent visa. Father got ILR in 2021 and mother is on FLR visa. Could child B apply for British citizenship now?

No.Child will follow the same immigration pathway as the mother to ILR, will need to apply for ILR with the mother and then can apply to register as a British citizen when one parent has become or is applying to become a British citizen and the other parent has ILR.
