I am planning to apply for Tier1 next month. I need help in preparing the affidavits for Fund Maintenance Source. Basically i have received money from my wife and cousin for the Fund Maintenance. I would be happy if some one share their affidavit content or letter of support. Please help me .

I believe that one needs to maintain the minimum of GBP 2800 in account for atleast 3 months.

If you have received this minimum amount within these 3 months, you need to wait for these 3 months to complete before making application.

And if you have received these funds before these 3 months, you need not show any proof/affidavit for these funds, just show bank statement for last 3 months which does not have any of those transaction.

And in case you had sufficient funds 3 months back and these transactions just added to your already maintained GBP 2800, then you need to get letter from your wife/cousin. Search forum you'll get help regarding that.

An affidavit stating the source of the funds isnt officially required, but your local BHC may require it as part of its own policy. Before going to the time and effort of preparing an affidavit, check whether one is actually required.
