ILR Set(M) super priority service unavailable

Hi, all.

I'm in the process of applying for the ILR Set(M) via the 5-year spouse route. I don't seem to get the option to select 'super priority service'. I only get the standard service option. I see it on other threads that other users mentioned this is a quota system which get refreshed at 1AM. Is this still true?

That's is true. Happened to me few days back. I couldn't see the super priority option at any other time but logged in at 12 58 am and kept refreshing the page and then bang on 1:00 the option for super priority appeared
