I am filling in my Wife's online visa application and I have came across this question,
How often do you usually see (meet) you partner? For example, weekly, monthly, three times a year.
I have no idea how to answer,

I visited her in August 2018, this is when I asked my parents I want to marry her and they agreed.
December 2020, I went back with my Family and we got married.

I haven't met her since.

shall I write:
When he visits Pakistan, he couldn't come to see me this past year as COVID Peaked and Pakistan was on UK's red list.

Can someone share their wisdom please?

Put all the dates you saw your partner and explain in a cover letter. Is the question from Gov website or appendix 2?

It was in Online visa application form, since the online visa application form 2021, we don't have to fill in appendix 2 now.
I have explained that once we got married, we lived together dec2020/jan2021 and was planning to see her mid 2021 but couldn't because of Pak being on UK's red list and covid19.
I have explained all relationship background with exact dates and proofs in a cover letter.
