Immigration Lawyer Fiance Visa

Post by seicento69 » Thu Oct 07, 2021 2:39 pm

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site 👍, I'm looking for recommendations of reputable immigration lawyers who could deal with handling the process of a Fiance visa for myself and my girlfriend. I live in the UK and she lives in the Netherlands.

I've done a lot of searching online and on the gov website and it pretty much seems like a minefield, especially with such a variance of costs between £1000-£4000, so some recommendations in the right direction would be most welcome.

I've also been advised that it may make more financial sense for us to get married in the Netherlands then return to the UK as we wouldn't need to the fiance visa there but rather the spouse visa.

Thank you

On this forum it is not allowed to make such recommendations

May be but this depends on your personal circumstances and preferences. Another possibility may be a marriage visitor visa for your fiancée
