mother to british children

Post by kinami » Sat Oct 09, 2021 12:31 am

I have given birth to 2 children in the UK and 4 children outside the UK.
My ex husband is British and wants the kids to reside in England so he may work and see his children, he also has his family there.

What visa do I enter the UK with so that I can legally stay on ILR or DLR ?

You may be able to apply for entry clearance as a parent, if at least one of your British children were living in the UK, etc.
