British Passport: Return of Naturalisation Certificate

Hello,

When does the HPO return the naturalisation certificate and the foreign passport? My friend received his British passport a week ago but not his other documents and HPO isn't picking up the phone...Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The British passport and the documents submitted with the application usually come separately and not at the same time. British passport first, documents later.
