Tier 2 visa - IR35

Hello Team,

I am currently working as a tier 2 sponsored. As a Technical Architect.

I was approached recently by a company offering me a part-time job (which I can take as a secondary employment). However, they have mentioned that this contract would fall in IR35, would that change the fact that I can take it a second employment?

IR35 is about how you are taxed, it is not an immigration issue.

Note that secondary and supplementary employment are two different things. See p44 of the guidance:
