FLR(fp)

Hello

I have my wife extension due soon and she came to the UK 32 months ago on spouse visa. I was meeting the financial requirements that time but not now so chosen flr(fp). The question is that the cover letter needs to be from my side I mean should I write that I support and sponsoring her for FLR(fp) or from her side as applicant? Since I don’t meet financial requirements that’s wot confuse me about letter.
2nd : when I try to fill up FLR(fp) they both same I mean FLR (m) and FLR (fp) on end page when trying to make for NHS payment the new windows open for IHS and shows application type as FLR(M) not (fp) , any one knows why ? And is that normal. I have chosen partner route on 10 years FLR (fp) ?
3rd : since I get UC abs in the application form asking to write down payment from child tax credit , housing benefits and UC , I’m confuse what shall I put there as UC by itself is a combination of these payments.
Any one can help will b appreciated.
