1. SET(M)
2. She is already eligible for ILR, 28 days from completing her 5 years from the date of entry
3. Salaried category A employee if you have been employed for at least 6 months
4,5. Salaried and non-salaried employment – specified evidence: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... .0-ext.pdf
6. Two years

Hi Zimba,

I have another query. My wife is doing a course in a college, it's not free course.First year i paid the course fees, wife was not working. Second year during corona time college did not ask for any fees. At present, third year college fees were waived because she is doing a part time job.Her college says if you work minimum 15 hours in a week and have payslip of three months then you do not need to pay fees. Is this some kind of benefit that will affect her ILR application?

I will be grateful if you please help me with this query.

Thank you

Hi Zimba,

Thank you for your reply. I have another inquiry, hope you will help me again.

My wife passed Life in the UK test but did not receive any email confirming she passed the test and URN.We can see pass result URN only by log in to her life in the UK account under result tab. Do i need to receive the result by email too?

Thank you again

The URN is what's required for the application, so pick it out when you log in and input it into required place when filling application.

hi Zimba

Thank you all the supporting member of this forum.I am happy, any visa issue i can come here and ask for advice. I am grateful.

So far application was submitted online. Sopra Steira's service was used to scanned my documents. Now issue is an old document was scanned and submitted.Document was a sponsor's personal letter written for entry clearance application on 16/03/2016. will this letter affect the ilr application? Is there any way i can write a forwarding letter to home office and request them to ignore the personal letter that was inadvertently scanned and submitted?

Thank you
