Please help re: ILR set O

I have been waiting for a decision on my ILR application for 8 months now. I have been chasing up UKVI for a ststus update in the last 2 months. Last Friday I was informed by UKVI that they cannot find my application using my UAN reference number. I have an eail confirming that I have paid and submitted my application and consequently UKVCAS had sent me a text message confirming that UKVI had received my application. But now they (UKVI) are saying that nothing comes up using my Unique Application Number, I have asked the representative to double check the numbers and she basically said that nothing is coming up with my UAN. Please help I do not know what to do anymore.

You cannot get a status update on your application. Note that there is no official UKVI immigration helpline. It is an outsourced line to third party agents and they may not be able to find any information regarding your application. You may have to contact your MP and ask them to follow up with UKVI directly

Thmk you for your reply. I have been following up with UKVI for 2 months now, I have made an online comolaint and pione escalations I also have contactes my local MP but no results on all fronts as of yet. The lady I spoke with last Friday called me in response to the escalation I made through the contact centre. She wa the one who infirmed me that nothing comes up when she inputs my UAN number in the system. This has been so frustrating tonsay the least.
