Ceremony Booking Query from overseas

Dear All,

I am in India and returning back to UK only after 3 weeks (15th November 2021). I received my citizenship approval email on 25th October 2021 and requested to book the ceremony in Surrey. Can you help me with the below query please?

1. Do I need a physical approval letter to book the ceremony?

2. how quickly I need to book the ceremony? Can I book it after 3 weeks?

3. How to book the ceremony? Can I specify the date by when I want to attend the ceremony?
