ICT route leading to settlement

Hi All,

Some good news.
MAC (Migration Advisory Committee) has recommended making ICT route to settlement in its latest Oct 2021 report. More reports to follow.

" ... We recommend that the ICT route should be a route to settlement, without the need to switch to other routes to obtain settlement. Time spent on the ICT visa should also count towards settlement if the worker does switch into another route...."

MAC report is purely advisory. Home office may not act on its recommendations
