Hye there I applied for citizenship 3 months ago and I recieved an email asking me to re sign my declaration form as I was not physically present in uk has any one else has the same experience and what happened after submission of declaration form plz let me know if any one knows about

Hi,

This is normal as it allows caseworker to reconsider the application from the date of resigning rather than cancelling application and applying for new one.

I had one of my friend in the same situation and he received his decision after a month or so of resending it.

They send me my application form 2 weeks ago and it was caseworker CT3CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk and send them back let's see hope for the best

Sorry to ask im2018 what was outcome did he get his citizenship or not ?

So send them email to ask them to send you may be they have given
you 14 days to send re sign declaration so don't wait send them emails ASAP plz

Yes he did as he met all the other requirements and the only issue was that he had to be in UK exactly five years before application was applied, which he satisfied once the application was reconsidered after email confirmation.
