I hope you are all well. I had. a couple of questions about applying via cat B.
I worked full-time as a teaching assistant and began working from september 2020 up until July 2021 - from this I earned £12,000 (last wages was given in july too and shown on bank statement).
I also had a part-time job in a different agency where I had also worked from september 2020 up until july 2021 - from this I earned £7,000.
(altogether from both these jobs I earned £19,000 annually before tax).
Recently, since August 2021, I have been in a new job where I now earn a gross income of £20,000 before tax - I've only been working there three months (£1,666 a month). I left the other two jobs in July and got my last payment by both in July.
Now, i want to apply for spouse visa in november but I'm confused as to how to apply for it. I was thinking of applying via cat B because I've only been in my new job for 3 months.
do I meet both the category B requirements?
1. my earnings for the previous 12 months was £19,000 when both my jobs are combined;
2. my current job earns me an annual gross income of £20,000 at the date of application,
both of which are above the financial requirement of £18,6000.
Is it possible for me to apply via category B? Thank you ever so much for your replies I greatly appreciate it!!
