URGENT HELP

Good morning Great People
My Ex partner which is the mother of my son came to UK on visit visa 4 months ago. We have a son together which I brought to UK 4 years ago which he is now a British Citizen.

She is asking me for our son's passport with the hope that she can use him to secure a Residency in UK.
My Son is 13 years of age.

I will like to know if that is possible for her to aquire a Residence Permit as a carer or as a mother of a British citizen child.

Is this the son you claimed in court this year, that you had sole responsibity for as the mother left him as a baby to your uncle? And he entered the UK on ILE this year?

He is from my partner we thought we going to get married..I had one night away from my ex partner that is why both age of the kids are very close.
I just brought my second son from affair out of my partner that resulted in pregnancy to UK this year.

But my first son came to UK 4 years ago..

My first Son mother who happened to be my ex partner is the one in uk that is requesting for his passport.
