Child Application - Outside UK

Dear all,

I am seeking assistance in which forms to used. I am a British Citizen and have children with my former wife, those children are staying with my sister outside UK. I recently married a wife and she was granted spouse visa and has just arrived in the UK, she is not the children's mum and not anyway connected to them.

I am in process of applying for my two daughters to come to the UK, my question is:

1) Which form will I used to apply for them? Appendix FM Online Form or Online Application form
1) Which Appendix to filled: Appendix one or two?
1) Did they qualify for ILE ?

I will highly appreciate your support, because I am confused as to what to do.

Are you legally divorced from your first wife? And do you have sole custody of the children granted to you by a court?

We divorce legally and a Legal parental agreement was sign a week after our divorce in 2010 to give full custody of the children, and I apply for legal custody at the Children court in my country and I was given a court order for legal custody of the children in 2015.
1) Yes we are legally divorce
2) I have a court order in 2015 and the children are leaving with my sister since 2010, and I have been the one responsible for their educational, leaving, medical and all confidential expenses.

Two Girls: one will be 18yrs June 2022 and other is still 15yrs old
