2 Questions: English and Form Filling

Hi Guyz

I have two questions ......


1. I am bit confused about English Requirement ...

I have done my MSC degree from UK and home office website giving me 10 points in english language requirement

But my question is.... IN HSMP they used to accept only Bachelor level degree......

So in TIER 1 general.....is that right to apply with Master degree done from UK ??

Section 3a

It says

G. HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review
G1. Does the applicant consider him/herself to be covered by the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review
Judgement of 8 April 2008?
Yes
No
G2. Does the applicant wish to have the application assessed in accordance with paragraph 39-42 of
the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review: Policy Document?
Yes No

Can you please tell me what option i have to choose FROM G1 and G2.. i am bit confused on that......I am making Initial Application...

For the first part, M.Sc from UK is fine

Hi Saqib,

I can answer only the first part of the question.
According to paragraph 185 of tier1guidance

If you degree is equivalent to or higher than a bachelor's degree in UK, then you would score 10 points, since yours is already a post graduate degree in UK, it would be deemed to be taught in English, so that should be OK,

I don't have knowledge on your second question.
