I have noticed in the processing time threads that some members were able to get an interim status of their naturalization application e.g. Not assigned to a case worker etc.
Can you please advise how can I get an update on my naturalisation application status (submitted 01 July 2021).

There's no formal way to check status. What you have seen will have been received via email. You might try to email UKVI direct with your details: NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk - answers are not guaranteed .... presumably you have been waiting 6+ monthd.

I decided not to chase or send an email since my application has only been submitted for 2 months.

Dear All,
I have submitted my application on 15-June-2021, biometrics submitted 01-July 2021, so its been almost six months since I have submitted my app with no reply.

What's the best way to check the status of my application, I have noticed on the timeline thread that now apps submitted in August and September are getting replies.

Any advice would be appreciated

The very same question has been asked more than a 1000 times on this forum.

if its over six months, you can send an email to HO and ask for explanation. If you want, you can get your MP to contact them. If they refuse to respond, you can send them a PAP letter.

Make sure that you contact them only if the 6 months is up...
