Naturalisation Questions

Dear all,

I'm non EU, ILR holder and now preparing application for natualisation as it has been a year since ILR.

Please can you let me know whether I can submit the application outside the UK and book biometrics in advance?
I am currently abroad and planning to go back to UK in the new year.
